You may return or exchange any Online Store purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Swimwear and Lingerie

For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.


Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox.


All purchases on earrings are final sale. We will not accept returned earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.


If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

1. Log in:

Registered users log into your account at Under ‘My Account’, select ‘Request a Return (RA)’ and follow the prompts. On completion of this process, you will receive an RA number.

Guest users visit and create an account. On completion of this process, you will be able to request an RA number for your order by following the prompts under ‘My Account.

You may select a refund or exchange on all or some of your items. If selecting exchange, please specify the item you would like to request in the text box below. If your chosen item is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

2. Returns form:

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

3. Pack your return:

When returning items, please enclose:

    • The completed Returns Form, including your RA number
    • Your Invoice (included in your delivery) & item(s) for return, including packaging


To organise a return:

      • 1. Enclose the garment (and its original packaging including address), and the returns form, inside secure packaging
      • 2. Affix the returns label (enclosed in your original shipment) to the outside of the package
      • 3. Arrange a free collection with Australia Post by emailing or calling, 1-300-930-384. Alternatively, place your parcel in an Australian Post box or Post Office.


For returns outside Australia use either a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us.

Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe.

Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as Fedex.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
